Do Now: Explore the size of the cell by using the Learn Genetics website.
Watch the EdPuzzle FuseSchool: Unicellular vs Multicellular as an introduction to cells.
Label the prokaryotic, animal cell and plant cell and make notes about the role of each organelle/component. You can learn about the structure of cells by watching the two recommended EdPuzzle videos below and/or Googling.
Complete the agar experiment to understand why cells are small.
Listen the notes Ms Garlick provides. You can write things down if you want.
