9. I can estimate my grocery costs. 

Check the receipts to make sure you were charged the correct amount for groceries. 

1. Make a meal plan and use that to create a grocery list (page 23).

2. Use one of the grocery store websites (Countdown, Pak n Save or New World) to find the items on your grocery list and see how much a weekly shop would cost. 

3. Add your weekly shop to your "My Budget" under "Groceries" (page 36).
